hello my name is Emily Mascoll

I’m an ICF-trained coach passionate about supporting women to build businesses and lives that feel aligned, sustainable and authentic.

My coaching journey was built from understanding what it feels like to navigate ambition alongside real life — balancing family, identity, purpose and the pressure to “have it all figured out.” Through coaching, I discovered the power of creating space to think clearly, reconnect with purpose and take intentional action without burnout.

Now, I support women who are ready to move beyond perfectionism, overwhelm and self-doubt so they can create meaningful progress with clarity and confidence.

My coaching style is warm, honest and reflective. I believe sustainable transformation happens when we stop chasing perfection and start building habits, mindset shifts and routines that genuinely support the life we want to create.

Whether you are starting something new, rebuilding confidence, navigating change or growing a business, coaching provides the space and accountability to help you move forward intentionally.

Below you’ll find the coaching packages available, designed to support you at different stages of your journey.

Who I am

After more than 20 years working across corporate, healthcare, education, and programme leadership environments, I reached a point where I wanted to build something that felt more aligned with who I was becoming — not just what I had achieved professionally.

Throughout my career, I’ve led complex programmes, supported senior leadership teams, managed large-scale portfolios, and worked within high-pressure environments across organisations including the NHS and government health programmes. My background in governance, strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and leadership has shaped the way I approach both business and personal growth.

Alongside motherhood and the demands of corporate life, I discovered upholstery as a creative outlet — initially as a way to slow down, regulate, and reconnect with myself through learning a hands-on skill. What began as a hobby soon became something much deeper: a reminder that restoration takes patience, intention, and care. I trained under a master upholsterer, developing my skills in the art of traditional, time-honoured craftmanship.

That journey eventually led to the creation of Mascolls — a brand rooted in creativity, transformation, craftsmanship, and sustainable ambition.

Today, I combine bespoke upholstery with coaching and accountability support for women navigating transition, growth, reinvention, and the desire to build businesses and lives that work with life, not against it.

My coaching approach is grounded, reflective, and supportive — shaped by both lived experience and professional ICF-accredited study. In addition I have a Business Management BA (Hons) and MA in Marketing Management.

Whether I’m restoring a piece of furniture or supporting a woman rebuilding confidence in herself or her next chapter, the heart of my work is the same:

Helping people recognise that transformation does not require perfection — only the courage to begin.
